﻿1.Holter ECG recorder can record a 24-hour ECG in a patient's daily life. The patient should record all the detailed activities and symptom information. When a symptom occurs, long press the M button on the recorder, and then record the accurate time, activity, and detailed information about the symptom, for example, the duration.
2.Activities include getting up, washing up, dining, riding a bike, taking the bus, working, watching TV, sleeping, etc.
3.Symptoms include palpitations, pericardial pain, cervicodynia, facial pain, spin, blackout, syncope, anhelation, dyspnea, naupathia, vomit, cold sweat, impatience, anxiety, premature beat, etc.
4.Care of device. Do not open the recorder. Protect the recorder from collision. Do not dismantle or move the electrode or patient cable. Do not enter an environment with high tension electricity or up field, for example, do not enter the physio-therapy room. Do not use electric blanket.
5.Do not pull the patient cable. Be careful that the chest electrodes cannot fall off. If it does, please place it back using adhesive tape.
6.Do not bathe during ECG recording. Do not wear high electrostatic clothe, for example, clothe made of polyvinyl chloride fiber.
7.The recorder should be taken off by the doctor after 24 hours' recording.
8.Maintain everyday activities as usual. If the standard 12-lead ECG is normal, you can add some more activities for a certain period of time, but avoid all-day strenuous exercise, in case the observation of normal heartbeat will be affected.
